I don't think it's so much the people's pics/pic taking skills at fault.. rather miscommunication; I'm sure they have full-res versions of the shots available heck I didn't know I was in until the 'layout' was finalized.. nor was i contacted to provide a better pic, etc I realize it's hard getting organized and coming up with a layout/theme etc BUT at the same time. I'd like a 'quality' product specially at $20 + shipping
